MLSplus - Client Control
The MLSPlus™ and Client Control Panel is a system built for The Logical Dog Company.  It is a multi-user control panel where over a 100 users can login and manage the content for their website, their featured property listings, agent roster, and billing invoices.  The system also has a super admin login for creating new users and setting up new websites with content management and property search modules.

Thwak IT MP3 Library
The Thwak IT Music Library is a custom administration panel which manages thousands of mp3 files, cataloging artist, album, genre, lyircs, and other musical attributes.  This data is available on the public front end web site designed for advertising and television producers to search for music to license.

Lake Listings Administration Panel
This custom application serves as a tool for the Lake Real Estate Company in Seattle.  The admin logs in, syncs the app with NWMLS IDX data for the office's new listings, and drag and drops orders the listings to prepare for a print resolution pdf.  Each listing can be assigned different templates with/without photo, change lines of copy, etc...

UPenn Department of Dermatology
The University of Penn Department of Dermatology's Skin Disease Research Center capitalizes on their special expertise to offer programs and services that will make funded research more efficient.  This site has a custom member registration section with extensive order forms built within the CMS.  Service orders are tracked and view by core members.

Reid Real Estate Ad Resource Center
The Reid Real Estate Ad Resource Center is a central command app for 4 real estate offices in Kitsap County, Washington.  The company submits select listings from all the offices to a variety of print publications.  Agents can log in and create ads for their listings.  This app syncs with NWMLS IDX data to get listing information and photo, but the agent or office can modify this data or update photo.  The agent submits her ad to the office coordinator for approval, the office then submits the ad to the central company coordinator who publishes the ads to the appropriate advertiser.
